Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a photosensitive resin compsn. having developability with an alkaline aq. soln. and excellent in sensitivity, resolution and resistance to an electroless plating soln. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive resin compsn. consists of a polymer binder capable of forming a film soluble or swellable in an alkaline aq. soln., an epoxy compd. and a compd. which generates a strong acid when irradiated with active energy beams. The generated strong acid does not react with the epoxy compd. at ordinary temp. but reacts with it when heated.
