Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing an interior fitted part for a motor vehicle, having thermal stability and facilitating the reuse. CONSTITUTION: A staple fleece comprising a fibrous basic material and a fibrous binding component is previously carded by a multistep process, and the resultant fleece is previously hardened. The previously harderzed nonwoven fabric is allowed to stay in a preheating furnace for 1-5 min at the temperature 10-30 deg.C higher than the melting point of the binding component but not higher than the melting point of the basic material, and the obtained nonwoven fabric is subjected to a molding pressure at the temperature at least 10 deg.C lower than the melting point of the binding component in a mold for molding. A drawn polyethylene terephthalate fiber having 15-100 mm staple length and 4-30 dtex count is used as the fiber component of the basic material, and an undrawn polyethylene terephthalate fiber or a copolyester fiber melted at the temperature 30-120 deg.C lower than the melting point of the basic fiber is used as the binding component. At the time, 15-100 mm staple length and 4-30 dtex count are also selected for the binding component. The binding component is used so that the percentage may be at least 40 wt.%, and the basic material is annealed at 140-240 deg.C for 2 hr to 1 min in another step.
