Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To reduce the number of electric conductor connecting processes and simplify the processes by welding the end section of each electric conductor of a coil main body at once through one process at the time of welding the conductors to the end sections of conductive rails. CONSTITUTION: In the sleeve 2 of a speed sensor 1 for automobile wheel, etc., a detecting pin 3 having an end face 5 opposed to a pulse ring 6 and a coil 4 which houses the pin 3 are arranged. Two electric conductors 16 and 17 are fixed to the free end sections 12 and 14 of conductive rails 13 and 15 and connected to the conductor end sections 18 and 19 of the coil 4 through the sections 12 and 14. At the time of manufacturing a conductive connecting section, the sections 18 and 19 of the coil 4 are introduced to the sections 12 and 14 of the rails 13 and 15 while the sections 18 and 19 are covered with insulating enamel coatings and wound around winding sections 25 and 26. Insulating enamel coatings are stripped off from the sections 12 and 14 and 18 and 19 so that the sections can be exposed at contacting points. Then the sections 12 and 14 are welded to the sections 18 and 19 When the sections are welded, the insulating enamel of the sections 18 and 19 melts and is automatically removed. Therefore, perfect conductive connections can be obtained through one working process. |
