Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform measurement at the optimum atomizer temperature even under any LC condition without depending on the experience of a measuring person in mass spectrometer for liquid chromatography using at atmospheric-pressure ionizing method. CONSTITUTION:When a measuring person inputs LC conditions (a) into a CPU 2 through an input/output terminal device 1, the closet LC condition is retrieved in the past measured examples stored in a RAM 3a. The atomizer temperature at this time is automatically set based on the atomizer temperature under the retrieved LC condition. When the LC condition and the temperature decreasing program of the atomizer are inputted (q), the CPU sets the temperature along the program. An atomizer heating power supply 4 and a cooling-fan power supply 5 are controlled by the commands of these set temperatures. Even a biginner can perform the measurement simply. The automatic temperature setting in a gradient analysis can be performed. The sample component can be ionized highly efficiently by the heating and atomization of solvent in moving phase always stably.
