Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a hydrogen storage tank filled with hydrogen occlusion alloys from being deformed or damaged by preventing hydrogen occlusion alloy powders from being concentrated in the lower part of the tank even if the tank is subjected to vibrations. CONSTITUTION:Mixed powders 8 which are a mixture of hydrogen occlusion alloy powders 6 and silicone resin powders 7 having elasticity are filled in a tank tube in a hydrogen storage tank. This constitution allows the silicone resin powders to absorb the expansion or contraction of the hydrogen occlusion alloy powders associated with hydrogen occlusion or emission to prevent the latter powders from being concentrated in the lower part of the tank.
