Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To simplify a device by providing sensors detecting the upper and lower limits of the quantity on a stirring tank mixing the dredged soil and an immobilizing material, installing a reception valve and a discharge valve operated based on the detection values, and pressure-feeding the mixed soil to a reclaimed site by air. CONSTITUTION:A sensor 2a detecting the upper limit of the input quantity and a sensor 2b detecting the lower limit are provided on a stirring tank 2, and the opening and closing of a reception valve 1a and a discharge valve 2h are interlocked with the detection values of the sensors 2a, 2b. A pressure valve 2e, an immobilizing material input valve 2f, and a precipitating agent input valve 2g of the tank 2 are installed. Dredged soil is inputted through a hopper 1, an immobilizing material 5 and a precipitating agent 4 are inputted in response to the moisture content ratio of the dredged soil, and they are stirred, mixed and pressure-fed to a reclaimed site through a pressure pipe 3 by the pressure air from an air pressurization section 2i. A device is miniaturized and made lightweight, and the work efficiency can be improved.
