Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make this device capable of allowing the forward movement and backward movement of an awning and housing operation of a work arm and maintaining its housing state by means of one actuator, and realize simplification of its mechanism, reduction of the number of parts, and weight reduction. CONSTITUTION:In this device, a work arm 13 and an auxiliary work arm 16 that advance and retreat a metal frame 5a between an awning seat 1 and an awning frame 5 on the side of uncoupling are provided, and a ratchet wheel 20 and a claw that block and release the turning movement of the auxiliary work arm 16 are provided on the awning seat 1, making this device capable of allowing forward and backward movements of the work arm 13, and the engagement and disengagement of the claw by means of one actuator 6.
