Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the workability and the profitability by embedding a reinforcing material in the inside of a lost pattern for casting. CONSTITUTION:The lost pattern 10 for casting is formed with foam plastic. Then the reinforcing materials 20 providing frame bodies 21a, 21b are embedded in the inside of the lost pattern 10 for casting. The foam plastic is poured into a cavity formed in an upper die and a lower die and foamed to manufacture the lost pattern for casting. That is, in the condition of arranging the reinforcing materials in the cavity, the foam plastic is poured and foamed. By this method, the thin part in the product is not bent and propping rods are eliminated.
