Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of abnormal sounds caused by play while ensuring the synchronized operation of left and right lock mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Lock mechanisms 50, 51 for regulating the swing of arm plates 16, 17 to base plates 12, 13 are respectively constituted to be operated under the rotation of spindles 20, 21. By connecting an extended shaft 64 of the spindle 20 at the drive side to an extended end 66 of the spindle of the driven side and fixing them with a spring pin 76 the spindles 20, 21 of the drive and driven sides are interconnected directly integrally and rotatably.
