Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a component mounting apparatus wherein components are mounted and held effectively by making use of a small space and a component mounting strength is increased in a tape recorder or the like as a sound apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The title apparatus is constituted of the following: a first printed-circuit board 9 which is screwed via a mounting member 11 which is fitted to jacks 6, 7 mounted on a boss 12 installed in a mechanism chassis 8; and a second printed-circuit board 10 which is screwed and fixed to a boss 14 installed in the mounting member 11 fitted to a mounting jack 3. When the two printed-circuit boards are fixed to a mechanism via components on the printed-circuit boards and via the component mounting member, it is possible to provide a component mounting apparatus wherein the components are fixed in a small space and a component fixation strength is increased, and the apparatus is effective for a small size.
