Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive compsn. having high photosensitivity and wide developing latitude in the stage of development by using a specific positive type photosensitive compsn. CONSTITUTION:This compsn. contains 5-40wt% 1,2-naphthoquinone-2-diazide-4- and, or 5-sulfonate compd. expressed by formula (I), 0.01-10wt% compd. which can generate an acid when irradiated by active rays, 3-30wt% compd. having at least one silyl ether group expressed by formula (II) and 40-85wt% alkali soluble resin. The photosensitive lithographic printing plate using such compd. contributes to an increase of sensitivity without decreasing the developing latitude in the stage of development.
