Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To decrease off-gage parts and to improve a yield by correcting a deformation resistance and dull coefft. in accordance with the alloying rate of galvanizing and controlling the rolling load of a temper rolling mill by a feed onward system. CONSTITUTION:The optimum load of the temper rolling mill 5 is calculated in accordance with the information on the steel sheet and is preset in the method for subjecting the steel sheet to galvanizing then to alloying and inline temper rolling. The alloying rate Fe% of the plated steel sheet is actually measured by an alloying degree meter 4 at this time. The deformation resistance Km and dull coefft. C in the calculation equation are corrected by using this Fe%. The rolling load of the temper rolling mill is controlled by the corrected preset value with the feed onward system. The correction is calculated by using equation: Km'=Km+f(Fe%-g)t, C'=C+(a-blnt) (Fe%--d) (where Km', C' are respectively the correction values of the Km, C; (f), (g), (i), (a), (b) are constants; (t) is a sheet thickness; (d) is average Fe%). The generation of the stretcher strains in the rolling start part is prevented in this way.
