Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition being excellent in heat resistance, heat conductivity and molding properties in various moldings including an injection molding by blending a thermoplastic resin with a metal (oxide) powder having specified physical properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin with (B) 150-600 pts.wt. metal powder and/or metal oxide powder (e.g. oxide powder of Au, Cu or Ag) being >=0.05Cal/Cm sec in thermal conductivity at 20 deg.C and 0.1-300mum in average particle diameter. As the component A, an aromatic vinyl based resin such as polystyrene, polycarbonate resin or polyamide based resin, e.g. polyamide 6 are used. The composition is prepared by mixing both of these components (A) and (B) using e.g. tumbling mixer or Henschel mixer and then kneading the mixture using an extruder, Bumbury's mixer, etc.
