Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a head light device for front and rear wheel-driven motorcycle capable of installing the head light on a front fork with a drive shaft, etc., at a position recessed backward and reducing inertial generated when a front fork is turned for operation, in the motorcycle in which front and rear wheels are driven. CONSTITUTION:One fork tube 6 is fixed to one side of upper and lower brackets 5 mounted on upper and lower sides of a steering shaft 4, respectively, which is passed through a head pipe 3 and mounted rotatably. A drive shaft 12 is positioned at its front side. The upper end of the other fork tube 6 is fixed to the other side of the lower bracket 5 and a light cowl 22 is fixed to the front of the upper and lower brackets 5. Then, the light cowl 22 is deviated toward the other fork tube 6 side to install a head light 23.
