Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a process for preparing a multi-layer coating coated on an electrically nonconductive substrate, by which good optical properties, good hardness, elastic conditions and weatherability. CONSTITUTION: An aq. base lacquer comprises up to 15 wt.% of a solvent and (A) 70-100 wt.% of a cationic poly(meth)acrylate having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 500-500,000, an OH number of 0-450, an amine number of 20-200 and a glass transition point of -50 to +150 deg.C. And, an aq. dispersion contg. (B) 0-30 wt.% of an amine-formaldehyde condensation resin and or polyisocyanate having at least 2 groups per a molecule being reactive with amine and/or hydroxyl group and/or urethane and urea group in the component A is applied, and then a clear lacquer based on a non-pigmented resin is applied, and hardening is carried out at a temp. lower than 160 deg.C.
