CONTINUOUS FILTER FOR BEVERAGE PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To make continuous filtration treatment by turning a net conveyor belt equipped with filter cloth to make continuous filtration treatment, removing clogging after filtration to make filtration treatment again and simplifying the replacement of the filter cloth. CONSTITUTION:A net conveyor belt 13 which is freely detachably and attachably equipped with filter cloth 14 on the upper surface and turned inclining with the angle of elevation from an intermediate driven pulley 17 to an upper drive pulley 16 is stretched between the upper drive pulley 16, the intermediate driven pulley 17 and a lower driven pulley 18. Through the belt 13 is filtered liquid to be filtered in frame-shaped hoppers 11, 12 between the intermediate driven pulley 17 and the upper drive pulley 16 and then the clogging of the belt 13 after filtration is washed and removed between the upper drive pulley 16, the lower driven pulley 18 and the intermediate driven pulley 17 and the filtration treatment is made again. Further, a filtrate receiver 19 and a washing wastewater recovery tray 29 are installed. As a result, continuous filtration treatment is made.
