Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a cover for protecting the solar cell loaded in an artificial satellite from radiation. CONSTITUTION:The solar cell protective cover which has such structure that a reflection protective film 13 is made on the surface of a radiation-resistant glass board 12 and that a transparent electrode 14 is made on the surface of the reflection protective film, and in which the optical film thickness of the transparent film 14 is 31-42nm, and which has vertical emissivity of 0.75 or more.
