Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the installation cost of the title cooling device by a method wherein the number of components for a radiator and an oil-feeding pump which are attached to two oil tanks which have housed an electric apparatus and which have been arranged so as to be close is reduced to a minimum. CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with the following: a connecting pipe 8 which connects two oil tanks 1A, 1B; and an oil-feeding pipe 7 which connects the two oil tanks 1A, 1B via a radiator 4 and an oil-feeding pump 5. In addition to such a constitution, two radiators are connected in parallel, or two oil-feeding pumps are connected in parallel via respective nonreturn valves. In addition, the two radiators are connected in parallel and the two oil-feeding pumps are connected in parallel via the nonreturn valves.
