PURPOSE:To perform more simply and surely an installation of an annealed steel belt on the travelling face of a rail by installing a steel belt supporting part supporting the steel belt in such a way that the steel belt installed between the travelling face of a travelling rail part and the wheels of a truck is installed along the right travelling part of the wheels of the truck. CONSTITUTION:A pair of U-shaped rails 16b constituting a longer rail 14 are fixed on a ceil 1 with screws 17. To fix an annealed steel belt 20b on the travelling face of the rail, the steel belt is inserted in each groove 16ac or 16bc of each a rail 16a and 16b. No screw, etc., is needed. In the practical condition of use, the upper face of the annealed steel belt 20b inserted in the groove 16bc is the travelling face of the rail and a guide roller 19b is rotatively travelled on the face. It is thereby possible to move a drooping body fixed on a base stage 18 to an arbitrary position.
