CONSTITUTION:A stub tuner 3a of which the load impedance is set at a prescribed value and stub tuners 3b and 3c of which the load impedances are set at values other than the prescribed value are provided in two places beforehand. Switching of a measuring jig 1 with the stub tuners 3a, 3b and 3c in the two places and switching of a measuring unit 7 with the stub tuners 3a, 3b and 3c in the two places are executed by coaxial relays 2 gearing with each other, respectively. |
