Zusammenfassung:(+)-N-(2-Ethoxyphenyl)-N',N'-(1,2,2-trimethylpropyl)-2-nitroethene- 1,1-diamine can be prepared by reaction of 1-[(1-ethoxy)phenylamino]-1-methylthio-2-nitroethene with either racemic 1,2,2-trimethylpropargylamine and then subsequent chromatographic removal of the (+)-enantiomeric final product, or direct reaction with enantiomerically pure (1,2,2)-trimethylpropargylamine. The (+)-N-(2-ethoxyphenyl)-N',N'-(1,2,2-trimethylpropyl)-2-nitroethene-1,1 -diamine can be used as an active compound in medicaments for the treatment of hypertension, cardiac arrhythmias, bronchial asthma or cerebral disorders.
