Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a thermal control mirror which reflects a high proportion of sunlight and in which a silver film is difficult to be peeled from a glass base because of its excellent moisture resistance. CONSTITUTION:A thermal control mirror is constituted by a non-browning glass base 10, a silver film 11 formed on its surface and a protective coat formed on the surface of the silver film, and the protective coat is in the double- layered structure of a lower layer of a film 12 made of cerium oxide and an upper layer of a film 13 made of silicon oxide.
