Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent growth disorder caused by a piece of film, e.g. leaf burn by attaching a specified drilling unit capable of thrusting through a mulch film and making a hole by its descent. CONSTITUTION:A drilling unit of the seedling transplanter is lowered and thrust through a mulch film and the soil of the row is scraped together forward to make a hole by its forward movement. The mulch film is torn off forward and the lower end part of a pressing unit 19 is subsequently rotated around a horizontal shaft and moved forward to press pieces of film generated by the above-mentioned tear-off against the front wall of the hole. The pressing unit subsequently moves back, departs the pieces of film and moves upward. There is no fear of drawing up the piece of film from the hole and, therefor, covering the seedlings therewith.
