PURPOSE:To eliminate for layout for each trimming picture by applying trimming of a picture data by a 2nd trimming picture based on a 1st trimming picture. CONSTITUTION:A picture data of a person is displayed on a display device 6 and a picture A is displayed superimposingly thereupon. The relative position of the picture A is varied with respect to the picture by operating a cursor 4A of a data tablet 4. Thus, a specific point preset on the picture is matched with, e.g., the center of the picture A. Then deviation of coordinate between a lower left apex 12 of a square 13 circumscribed with a circle A and a lower left apex of a picture data 10 in layout of the picture data 10 is selected as DELTAx1, DELTAy1. Then the picture B is overlapped onto the picture A and layout is applied by utilizing the result of layout of the picture A for the picture B. In applying layout to the picture data 10 by the picture B, the picture data layout is attained similarly to the picture A.
