SALES REGISTERING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To quickly obtain up-to-date sales and customer information by processing the rearrangement of data within a short time. CONSTITUTION:In the case of outputting a document a15 for the number of units sold, a document menu program 7 selects number of units per sale prior to the registration of the sale. When the sale has been registered, a conversion program 8 arranges data in a master file 10 in the descending order of data volume and outputs data 11a relating to the number of units sold to a conversion data file 11. When a screen is switched to a job, a document output program 9 outputs the document 15. Since data are converted into a file almost simultaneously with the sale registration and file data are arranged in the asending order, the data can be outputted immediately after the sale registration. In the case of outputting a sales document 16, the program 9 is returned to the program 7, and when amount of two sales is selected, the program 8 outputs data to the file 11 in the sales order. Consequently the sales document 16 is outputted.
