Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce installment space of the sheet recorder. CONSTITUTION:A switch back unit 30 is attached to the device main body 10. That switch back unit 30 is provided with a unit cover 33 consisting of an inner cover 31 and an outer cover 32, and the outer cover 32 is made to be a part of an exterior case 34 of the device main body 10. Then, a switchback path 35 is formed between the inner cover 31 and the outer cover 32, and a paper feeding cassette 17 is covered with a moisture proof cover part 32c of the outer cover 32.
