Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To issue an alarm when the remaining amount of recording paper within a cassette is decreased, in a facsimile device utilizing cut paper as recording paper. CONSTITUTION:Remaining amount detectors 21 and 22 (microswitches 27 and 28) detecting the remaining amount of recording paper within paper supply cassettes 1 and 2 are provided, and when the remaining amount of the recording paper is decreased, the recording paper is marked by a making device 30 after receiving data and discharged to a receiving tray 14 by a paper discharging roller 13. The marking uses a dropout color for a copy device or erasable material.
