Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a light emitting element driving circuit which uses few elements and is suitable to the integration of a circuit. CONSTITUTION:Photo electric current generated in a photodiode 11 or 59 is connected with the output of a current source 3 or 53 for driving laser diode 10 or 58 via a current mirror circuit 30 or 40 or 70, and a negative feedback circuit is constituted. An optical output stabilization circuit of a light emitting circuit can be constituted by using an NPN transistor and a current mirror circuit, and can easily be formed as an integrated circuit.
