Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To obtain a pharmaceutical preparation having improved antimicrobial, antiinflammatory and antiallergic activities. CONSTITUTION: This pharmaceutical preparation comprises immunoglobulin A(IgA), immunoglobulin B(IgB) and transferrin at a ratio the IgA:IgG:transferrin of 1:(0.40-0.80):(0.15-0.45) expressed in terms of pt.wt. and is based on blood plasma proteins. When the preparation comprising the IgA and IgG further contains the transferrin and the three ingredients of the IgA, IgG and transferrin are present at the above weight ratio, both a spectrum of the composition comprising the IgA and IgG and the effectiveness for bacterial and viral pathogens are increased.
