Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the adhesive plaster having stretchability together with waterproofness, air permeability and moisture permeability. CONSTITUTION:This adhesive plaster is formed by partially bonding an air permeable sheet 1 to the surface of the hydrophilic resin film 3 of a porous fluororesin film 2 formed with the hydrophilic resin film 3 on one surface, providing a tacky adhesive layer 4 to the part of the other surface of the porous fluororesin film 2 on the side opposite thereof exclusive of the part which is formed in the central part and comes into contact with a wound and attaching a cover film 5 freely attachably and detachably to the front surface of this tacky adhesive layer 4 including the part in contact with the wound.
