CONSTITUTION:A mixture of fatty acid metal soaps of the formula (wherein R is a 5-8C alkyl and Me is Ba or Zn) [wherein Ba/Zn ratio (by weight) is 1:2-5:1] is used. Namely, 100pts.wt. powdered vinyl chloride resin composition (a particulate composition comprising a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, a pigment and other additives, etc.) is mixed with 0.1-10pts.wt. said stabilizer composition.
