Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make the center of the display screen of a liquid crystal panel and the center of a front panel coincide with each other so that the display screen easy to see can be obtained by providing the panel surface of the liquid crystal panel and a gap in front of the front panel. CONSTITUTION:A shaft with a tapered part is made to penetrate a positioning hole formed on the metallic cover of the liquid crystal panel 5, and the tapered part and the section of the hole are engaged with each other, and the shaft is pushed to a television main body through a coil spring 32, and the shaft is engaged with it, and is stopped. Besides, the television main body is fixed to a rectangular metallic case by a screw 3 from the side surface of the front panel 4 from a left or a right side surface, and after that, a plate regulated in a front and ear direction is fixed at a right or a left side, and the plate is fixed to the case, and in addition, the gap is provided between the front surface of the front panel 4 and the liquid crystal panel 5. Thus, no distortion is transmitted to the liquid crystal panel 5 by the rotating operation of the television main body, and the frame part of the front panel 4 and the periphery of the screen surface of the liquid crystal panel 5 are made easily to coincide with each other, and the display screen easy to see can be obtained.
