INSTALLATION CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND INSTALLATION FRAME OF CYLINDER LINER LEG PART OF CONCRETE-MADE REACTOR CONTAINMENT VESSEL

PURPOSE:To improve the installation workability of a ring girder of a cylindrical liner leg part and make better the workability of work of placing of reinforcements around a frame in regard to the installation construction method of the cylindrical liner leg part of a concrete-made reactor containment vessel. CONSTITUTION:Support frames 7 composed of steel material having parts positioned at the inside of a cylindrical liner 2 and at the outside of vertical reinforcements 6 of a containment vessel cylindrical part 1 so that they may not interfere with upper end reinforcements 5 of the bottom part 3 of a concrete- made reactor containment vessel are erected, and the installation frame of a bridge structure is set by connecting upper end members 9 of the support frames 7 in the radial direction. Furthermore the support frames 7 are also used as temporarily set support frames of vertical reinforcements 6 of the containment vessel cylindrical part 1. The joints of the support frames 7 and the upper end members 9 are jointed by means of bolts 14 whose boltholes 12 are made slots for the purpose of the adjustment of an installation level of a ring girder 15.
