Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To get rid of the complicatedness of the conventional techniques to give a highly lubricious resin composition having a lubricating oil uniformly dispersed in polyacetal and excellent in frictional and wear characteristics. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by melt compounding on an extruder a mixture of 100 pts.wt. polyacetal, 1-30 pts.wt. lubricating oil, and 0.05-10 pts.wt. compatibilizing agent shown by general formula R- X-(CHY-CHZ-O)n-H [wherein R is alkyl or alkylphenyl; X is O or carbonyl; Y and Z are each H or methyl, provided that at least one of them is H; (n) is 2 to 30]. This composition contains the lubricating oil uniformly dispersed as very fine particles in the polyacetal and, even when molded, scarcely undergoes any change in the dispersed state of the lubricating oil. Therefore, it reveals stable sliding performance and can be suitably used for a sliding member.
