Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To measure the surface temperature of a mold insulator accurately by sticking a sheet-type thermocouple directly or through a support layer consisting of heat-resistant high polymers to the periphery of the spindle-shaped mold insulator made on the conductor connections of cables. CONSTITUTION:A spindle-shaped mold insulator 1 consisting of bridgeable polyethylene composition is made, astride the cable insulators on both sides, on the conductor connections 15 of a CV cables 14. Next, an outside semiconductor layer is made on the periphery of a mold insulator 1, and then a sheet-type thermocouple 17 each fit with a sheet-type lead wire is stuck. Next, a heat- resistant support layer 2 is overlaid to cover this sheet-type thermocouple 17 and sheet-type lead wire, and then a drainboard-shaped shape maintaining metal fitting 3 is set on it. Next, this connection is stored in a bridging kettle 5 entirely, and inert gas 7 is charged into the kettle from the pressure inlet 6, and it is heated with a heater 4 while pressurizing the mold insulator 1 so as to bridge them. Hereby, the connection excellent in insulating property can be gotten. |
