AUTOMATIC HANDLING SYSTEM FOR FAX MIS-DIALING

PURPOSE:To prevent repetition of mis-dialing by notifying a caller number in voice in the case of mis-dialing so as to store an error number. CONSTITUTION:When a call is not a FAX call, a dial tone identification means 2 implements voice guidance to depress '0'. An error number is stored in a number storage means 3, a voice synthesis transmission function 4 informs an error word and interrupts a line. When an erroneous number is entered again to a FAX, a telephone number check means 5 checks mis-dial number of the means 3 and the means 4 informs a wrong number and the number is entered again. Thus, when a FAX number is wrong, the caller number is informed to the opposite party in voice, a party making a trouble is discriminated and a non-mischievous call is recognized and. giving a wrong dialing is apologized in voice and a number mis-dialed once is stored, no 2nd wrong dialing is caused. Since a FAX reply signal monitor means 1 monitors the voice calling, even when the opposite party sends a reply signal manually, it is recognized.
