Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a board for circuit use reinforced with glass films, which are easy in fiber formation, are high also in dielectric constant, have a good chemical durability and are constituted in a composition, and having superior dielectric characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A board for circuit use is formed by reinforcing a resin 2, in which inorganic dielectric particles 4 are dispersed, with high-dielectric constant glass fibers 1. The board is characterized by that the fibers 1 respectively contain 40 to 65mol% of SiO2, 20 to 45mol% of at least one of MgO, CaO, SrO and BaO, 5 to 25mol% of at least one of TiO2 and ZrO2 and 0.5 to 15mol% of NbO5/2, the total amount of these oxides is 85mol% or higher and the fibers consist of a glass composition having a fiber formation suitability of a specific inductive capacity (1 MHz, 25 deg.C) of 9 or more.
