Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To speedily and easily operate the retrieving processing of an identification number concerned with a cassette which is not housed in a cart machine. CONSTITUTION:When the cassette which records a material to be transmitted is not housed in a bin provided in the cart machine, the identification number of the cassette which records the material is retrieved from a material code (step 51, 52, and 53), and both the material code and the identification number of the cassette are simultaneously displayed on a display screen where a transmission list is displayed (step 54 and 55). Thus, the retrieval of the material in the cart machine can be automatically operated only by opening a CM transmission menu, and when the cassette is not housed in the cart machine, the identification number of the cassette which records the material is automatically displayed, so that an operator can search the objective cassette by the cassette identification number.
