PRESSURE MEASURING SHEET

PURPOSE:To grasp the pressure and the pressure distribution at an optional state. CONSTITUTION:A pressure measuring sheet 1 is formed of many microcapsules 2 which include pigment bodies 6 inside cuticles 5, a copper powder 4 provided to cover the periphery of the microcapsules 2, and a resin cover 3 formed to coat the microcapsules 2 and the copper powder 4 from up and down. When the pressure or the pressure distribution is to be detected, if the electricity is supplied to both ends of the pressure measuring sheet 1, the copper powder 4 generates heat and consequently, the cuticles 5 of the microcapsules 2 in touch with the copper powder 4 are heated and softened. As a result, true cuticles 5 at the position where the pressure is added to the pressure measuring sheet 1 are broken, and the pigment bodies 6 enclosed in the cuticles 5 come out to generate color.
