Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To allow wide-range selection of material and spring constant and realize free shape and light weight by performing one-time complete molding of a damper or buffer member as an integral structure which has protrusions on one main plane and independent hollow sections arranged inside in lines via crossing partition walls. CONSTITUTION:A hollow-structured plate 300 consists of two hollow-structured plate halves 301, 302 which are formed in primary molding and joined together with secondary molding resin member, and independent hollow sections 303, 304 which are arranged inside in lines. The secondary molding resin member is guided and filled into each of the halves 301, 302, and a groove 307 and a stepped recess 306 are arranged in a partition wall 305 and in around the end face, respectively, as predetermined to join the mutual halves. In primary molding using one molding die, each of the halves is given injection molding. In secondary molding, the injection molding die by which each of the halves is molded is slided at the fixed side and at the moving side alternately, to join the halves with the secondary molding resin member for complete molding.
