Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a fluid damper which has a smaller size and greater damping effect and adjustment of the tuning and facilitate change characteristics. CONSTITUTION:Tubular elements 5 communicating with a tank are standingly provided on a lower tank 4 and water is filled in the tubular elements 5 up to their way. A duct 6 is provided so as to connect upward spaces from the tubular elements 5 and a middle storage section 7 is provided at the middle of the duct 6. Water 9 is put into a communication passage located at the middle storage section 7. A damper plate 10 which is displaced by undertaking the flow of the water 9 is provided.
