METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INTERNAL PRESSURE FILLING FOR RIM ASSEMBLY OF TIRE

PURPOSE:To mount each bead part of a tire to the bead seat evenly over the whole periphery by once holding the pressure at a level higher than the specified internal pressure specified after filling of internal pressure using an external cylinder member by means of air injection from a valve port, and then sinking the pressure to the rated internal pressure. CONSTITUTION:A car wheel W is fixed onto a table 1 with a rubber sheet S interposed. A pawl 4a arranged between the wheel W and bead part with the wheel W placed on a tire is moved along the periphery of the wheel W, or otherwise the table 1 is rotated and each bead part is dropped to the rim of the wheel W. An outer cylindrical member 3 is pressed to the bead part, and filling of internal pressure is performed. After filling of the internal pressure by this outer cylindrical member 3, air is injected by a nozzle (n) of an injecting means 5 from a valve port of the wheel W, and the pressure is held once at a level higher than the specified internal pressure followed by sinking to the normal internal pressure. Thereby the bead part can be mounted to the bead seat evenly over the whole periphery.
