Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a coating method capable of giving a uniform coating film added with an anti-mildew agent to a horizontal fun without uneven coating and the horizontal fun capable of surely draining in a liquid draining process of an excessive coating material and coating the coating film thickness of the necessary part thicker than that of the other part. CONSTITUTION:This coating method consists of a dipping coating process that a rotary shaft 4 of the horizontal fun F is masked, it is placed at the lower place and a boss part 5 is placed at the upper place and the shaft direction is turned in the vertical direction and it is dipped in a coating material added with the anti-mildew agent in a coating tank 8, a liquid draining process that the horizontal fun 8 is taken out from the coating tank 8 and the shaft direction is turned in the direction other than the vertical direction to drain the excess coating material added with the anti-mildew agent, and a drying process that the shaft direction is again turned in the vertical direction and air is blown to dry the stuck coating material added with the anti-mildew agent.
