Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To continuously take out roll-like-shaped baked or cooled food from a horizontal rotary drum without tilting the rotary drum nor using an external pulling action. CONSTITUTION:In a continuous production method, food material A is baked or cooled in a horizontal rotary drum 1 to produce roll-like-shaped products A1. The friction coefficient of the inner surface of the drum 1 is gradually increased from the inlet side toward the outlet side, and baking or cooling is carried out while the drum 1 is kept almost horizontal. The roll-like--shaped products A1 warps upward at the outlet side and can be taken out from the drum 1 by its component force in the axial direction of the drum without tilting the drum 1.
