Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To enable a cover material to follow up the length of a seat without being folded into a gap of the seat under the state of the minimum seat depth in the seat variable in the seat depth for a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A cushion member of a seat part is divided into a rear portion 1 and a front portion 2 capable of displacement to the rear portion in the direction of adjusting the seat. A space between the rear portion 1 and front portion 2 in all selective seat depths is completely bridged by an interposed element 6 provided with endless belts 10 extended to be trained over a plurality of rollers 9. The rollers 9 are provided on respective one end parts of two pairs of crossing arms 7 interconnected pivotably about the axis 8 extending in the direction of crossing the seat in the crossing part. The rollers 9 hole the upper ends of the endless belts 10 within the support region in all positions of adjusting the seat depth.
