CONSTITUTION:A line clock detection circuit 2 detects a line speed of a truck circuit L, the line speed detected by a layer 1 truck circuit control section 3 and the transmission speed of an exhange 1 are compared to obtain the line transmission speed thereby raising the trunk circuit L in the layer 1. A layer 2/3 trunk circuit control section 4 sends/receives configuration information between exchanges through a D-channel thereby raising the trunk circuit L in layers 2,3. |
