Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To increase the pulse discharge performance in light load and medium load discharge by using mixed manganese dioxide as a positive active material. CONSTITUTION:Activated chemical manganese dioxide (ACM) powder prepared by calcining manganese ore or manganese salt, and treating the obtained Mn2O3 or Mn3O4 with acid is mixed with natural manganese dioxide powder, and the mixture is compressed, then crushed. The mixture consists of 40-70% ACM and 60-30% natural manganese dioxide, and the pressure of a roll press in compression is limited to 1-10 ton/cm . A battery is manufactured by using the mixture powder as a positive active material.
