Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a heating and cooking device not producing any failure of cooking while restricting contamination within a heating chamber as best as possible when a bumping occurs or restricting a deterioration of a sensing performance of a sensing means such as an infrared ray sensor or the like. CONSTITUTION:A micro-computer 9 judges presence or non-presence of a bumping state of a food 2 in response to an output of an infrared ray sensor 5 for use in sensing a heating state. Upon judging the bumping, a heating output is gradually decreased by 100W until the judgement of the bumping is not carried out.
