PURPOSE:To easily and surely distribute a divided reception forms to a prescribed section or a receiver by printing a reception division code to divide a reception section respectively in reception forms and the number of times of reception to divide a communication unit. CONSTITUTION:A transmission source FAX number detection means 42 detects a transmission FAX number out of signals received by a reception means 3, a comparison reading means 43 compares the detected transmission source FAX number with the transmission source FAX number of a reception division code memory 21 and reads the reception division code corresponding to the transmitted transmission source FAX number. A communication unit detection means 44 detects a communication unit by a transmission starting signal in the signals received with the reception means 3 or a transmission completion signal and this detected pulse is counted by the reception frequency counter 22. Thus, a printer controller 5a prints the reception division code read by a comparison reading means 43 and the content of the reception frequency counter 22 on reception forms by a printer 6.
