PURPOSE:To reliably warn even at the key operation time for preventing the key from being sealed by setting an alram unit to warning state when the fact that all openable units are locked and closed in case that the units are locked by the key. CONSTITUTION:Lock detecting means 55 for detecting the locked state of an openable unit without using a key, and a key cylinder operation detecting means 57 for detecting the fact that the unit is locked by the key are connected to lock completion detecting means 59. The means 59 detects that all units are locked irrespective of the key operation, and produces an output to burglary alarm discriminating means 61. When an engine stop signal of engine stop detecting means 51, a closed state detection signal of all units of open/closed state detecting means 53 and the locked state detection signal are inputted to the means 61, a warning unit is set to alarm state. When the means 61 detects the fact that the unit is opened without the prescribed opening operation, it warns it.
